About our services

Welcome!  The mission of Family Network of East Texas Supervised Visitation & Exchange is to strengthen family relationships through visitation, exchange and support services and provide a child focused environment for families in transition. 

Services are established by mutual consent from both parties or by court order but will only be successful with the cooperation of all parties.  Please remember that these services are about the children and it is important to prioritize their need and right to have time and attention from all the people they care about. 

HOW TO BEGIN

• First, each client completes and returns this packet, via mail, email or fax.
• Second, once this packet is received by Family Network of East Texas, staff will contact you to schedule a face-to-face intake. At this appointment, questions about our services are answered and a cooperative working relationship is established in order to create a foundation for success.

In addition to completing and returning the attached packet, Family Network of East Texas will also need…

·        A copy of your picture ID

·        A picture of each child that will be using Family Network of East Texas

·        Copies of all papers related to Court Orders and/or protective orders

·        Proof of income (last 2 paycheck stubs or most recent tax return information)

·        Payment for registration ($25) and intake ($75).
